Cartoon response to Obama’s Speech about reforming the NSA mass surveillance programs.

We are like unwilling rats in a mass surveillance psychological experiment. How will we respond to continuous violations of our right to privacy, to be left alone, to create in solitude, free from the scrutiny and opinions of others?

Obama’s speech was false reassurance to the victims of surveillance and weak tea to those civil liberties guardians who know he means to make no changes, while acting as if he is doing something.

The Web has been occupied by the military. The Tech companies pretend to be offended while they have always complied with the NSA. The whole superstructure of secret spying on citizens remains fully intact.
